Beef Steak Recipe

Juicy Beef Steak on Table

Ingredients:

- 1.5-2 pounds beef steak (Ribeye or Sirloin)

Beef for Steak (Ribeye)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Olive oil bottle

- 1 teaspoon  Himalaya pink salt (preferred)

Himalayan Pink Salt in bottle

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)


Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill  medium-high heat.

2. Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (if using).

3. Brush the steak with olive oil on both sides.

4. Grill or cook the steak for 4-6 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

5. Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Tips:

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the steak reaches a safe internal temperature: 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare, 145°F (63°C) for medium, and 160°F (71°C) for medium-well or well-done.

- Don't press down on the steak with your spatula while it's cooking, as this can squeeze out juices and make the steak tough.
